Ugh. That’s what I have to say about my running mileage last week. I did 3km on my treadmill. I felt not bad when I started and I was in some ways soooo happy to be running again. But it hurt my chest and I just didn’t feel like running was my best health choice, so I gave it up again for the rest of the week. My plan is to try again today, but we’ll see 😉
I am going to get on my bike this week no matter what and start some yoga and weights workouts – those shouldn’t affect my lungs much so should be pretty comfortable and get me back into a fitness groove.
