Well, last week was much better than the week before! I improved my running and walking stats (all on the treadmill). love the way DailyMile shows that! and I felt so much more motivated. I didn’t get enough work done, but at least one thing went smoothly in my week. I think I need this running thing – I feel mentally so much better this week after such a consistent week last week. Too bad I have no idea when I’m fitting anything in today (but I ran yesterday!)
