Ugh. Let’s hope last week was one of my worst of 2014. I had no motivation. I didn’t work enough, I didn’t run or walk enough, I didn’t ANYTHING enough. But I’m feeling like the funk has finally lifted that January brought to me. I can have a better week if I just try!Week of Jan 13-2014
